Bradley D. Simon, Attorney/Owner

brad-simon-attorneyBrad began representing clients as a student attorney at The University of St. Thomas’ Elder Law Clinic where he represented elderly clients with guardianship/conservatorship, marriage, and Medicare/Medicaid issues. While in school, Brad also began working as a law clerk for a personal injury firm. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2009 and thereafter began working as an associate attorney specializing in personal injury and civil litigation. Brad worked as an associate attorney at a St. Paul personal injury law firm from 2009 to 2015, where he assisted hundreds of clients with personal injury cases.

On June 1, 2015, Brad started his own law firm, Simon Law Office, where he continues to practice personal injury and civil litigation. He is also on the list of qualified arbitrators to decide no-fault disputes in Minnesota.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys running, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
